The Voxsmart VoxRecord application is pushed to the individual device via the associated BES (BlackBerry Enterprise Server) in a matter of minutes. Variations of the application include Compliance (where all phone calls are recorded automatically, and a phone call cannot be made unless it is recorded), aimed at the regulated financial sector, and On Demand (where a user can choose which calls they want to record).
