BCI Conference: a Surprising Success!
Friday, November 13th, 2009As planned we exhibited at the BCI run global conference this week in the Hammersmith Novotel. This was our first year as an exhibitor at the BCM World Conference and Exhibition and I didn’t know quite what to expect in terms of attending delegates. Although numbers of people weren’t excessive – around 400 delegates registered, plus visitors to the exhibition - we had some really good conversations with Business Continuity Managers from around the globe, some we knew and others we didn’t. Call Centre Sector, Positive Market Movement!
