I personally think that compliance and industry standards can be treated quite separately. One is for governing the practice of business continuity and the other is ensuring that companies are compliant with external reglautory bodies, for example the FSA requires all regulated organisations to voice record landline calls and it is highly anticipated that they will bring in regulation for voice recording mobile phone calls very soon.</description>
